The lyrics/credits innersleeve bag is almost parallel to the USA version, even the bottom left's 1990 Reprise Records Made in U.S.A. was not removed, but it has the European catalog number printed on the top right. Another difference is that it's printed on glossy thin card paper instead of rough matte paper like the USA version and the bars on the top and bottom and the graphics on group photo side have been reversed to black as opposed to white.

"Why Are They Watching Me" is not on this release due to time constraints.
